The Leadership San Leandro graduation ceremony concludes a 9-month program that focuses on professional development, networking, and outreach. Led by an Executive Leadership Coach, participants receive training in leadership strategies and gain exposure to various local institutions and businesses. Diverse guest presenters, including elected officials, innovators, engineers, detectives, and entrepreneurs, share their experiences and insights. The ceremony celebrates the accomplishments of the participants as they emerge as capable leaders ready to make a positive impact.
